After the Genesis team finished their mission Michelle decided to move with Hunter to Reefside and start a school for troubled youth, Starlight Academy. When a new evil attacks Michelle, with Harley's help, enlists 5 of her students to become a new team of Power Rangers.

Derek Hall

Background: Derek was brought up by both his parents, in what
seemed to the outside world to be, a happy and loving home.
What the outside world didn't see was that Derek's mother had a sick obsession with her son. She overstepped her bounds and did
what no mother should ever do. For years she abused Derek mentally and sexually. When Derek became a teenage he started to act out by causing trouble in school and even got himself kicked off his basketball team after testing positive for Ecstasy. It was then that his father, unaware of what the base of the situation was, decided to send Derek away for help.

April Snyder

Background: April never knew her father and her mother was always
drunk or high, so there was no authority figure in her life growing up.
When April became a teenager she started drinking and using to cover up the pain and loneliness she felt. She turned to street walking to pay for her addiction. She was finally picked up and allowed to go to Starlight over Juvie.

Chris Hayes
Age: 15
Animal: Jaguar
Weapon: Crossbow
Background: Chris was always a hot tempered young man, but
his real problems began when he went into high school. He
followed the wrong crowd and soon was lost in the destructive
world of gangs and drugs. With those combined with his temper,
and the example his abusive father set he was headed down the
road to disaster. He was busted for vandalism and posession. The
judge took pity on him and sent him to Starlight.

Jesse Foster
Age: 16
Animal: Cougar
Weapon: Blaster
Background: Jesse had loving parents who did everything they could to make Jesse's life great. Jesse was happy and content until one horrible day when he was 13. His parents were killed in
an auto accident and he was sent to live with his Aunt May, his only living relative. She wanted nothing to do with him and spent two years nelglecting him before she heard about Starlight
Academy. She saw an easy out so she sent Jesse there.

Tiffany Jennings
Age: 14
Animal: Panther
Weapon: Baton
Background: Tiffany, though rich and somewhat happy, craved attention. But with her parents being so busy with work they never really had time for her. They would usually give her money to keep her happy, they never even stopped to ask her about her day. With her parents hardly around, the feeling of lonliness overcame her. She soon began to cut herself in hopes they would pay attention. She later started to purge her food because she felt she wasn't perfect enough for her parents. They didn't seem to pay attention, but her aunt did and convinced the Jennings to send her to Starlight.

Harley Bradley
Age: 18
Animal: Lion
Weapon: Staff
Background: Harley's mother is the owner and head master of Starlight Academy and former Ranger Trainer. When Harley finished with the Genesis team she followed her parents to Reefside. She started to attend Reefside University while helping her mom and dad with the school. She is now training the Rangers. She faces many trials in this, starting with not working with her friends and dealing with the problems of these teens that she has never faced in her sheltered upbringing.

Savannah James
Age: 26
Savannah was married for a short time but after her divorce she moved home, to Reefside, and took over as manager of Cyberspace. It was there she met Harley Bradley, her half sister, for the first time (as an adult). For a long time Savannah observed Harley from a distance but when Harley uncovered the truth chaos followed. Harley was in an accident which Savannah blames herself for. After the accident Harley lost her memory, making her unable to continue as a Ranger. Savannah has reluctantly stepped forward and has become the new Purple Wild Cat Ranger
until Harley is herself again.
Destiny Long
Age: 15
Destiny, on the surface, appears to be the perfect vision of the "All-American Girl". Under that you will find layers of pain. Nobody truly understands the root of Destiny's problems, just that something happened to ruin her once close relationship with her family. Destiny turned to
cutting and even went as far as to attempt suicide 3 times (via ODing on various meds) to cope with her pain. Afterthe 3rd OD her parents sent her to Starlight
Anna McKnight
Age: 17
Anna is a 17 year old Senior at Reefside High.
Anna's parents are Conner and Kira McKnight and she has two siblings, Josh McKnight and Stacy Fenandez.
Anna is a former Neo Ranger and returned to Reefside after her mission. She helps the Wild Cat Rangers when they need it but mostly she does her own thing, which includes playing
with her band. Anna's other hobbies include skydiving, hang gliding, and she is also on the Reefside soccer team. Anna also keeps in constant contact with her boyfriend, Aaron.
Josh McKnight
Age: 20
Josh is the son of Conner and Kira McKnight and is the brother of Anna McKnight and Stacy Fenandez. He currently attends Reefside University and helps at Starlight Academy when
he can. He also helps the Rangers whenever they need it.
Josh's hobbies pretty much revolve around music. He plays piano and guitar. He even helps out his sister's band from time to time.
The one thing Josh can't stand is soccer. Having grown up around it he grew sick of it and avoids soccer games at all costs.
Noah McKnight
Age: 21
Noah is the son of Eric and Tally McKnight and is
one of three children. He is six minutes younger than his twin brother, DJ.
Noah grew up in the shadow of DJ's greatness and had a hard time finding himself. He's always been the quieter, more reflective twin. Where DJ can normally be found on a field somewhere,
Noah can normally be found writing a song or practicing on his guitar (his favorite form of expression). The only interest Noah actually shares with his brother is motocross, which was drilled into them by their father at a young age.
Not wanting to get left alone when his family moved, Noah recently moved with them to Reefside.
DJ McKnight
Age: 21
DJ is the son of Eric and Tally McKnight. He's one
of three children. DJ is older than Noah, his twin brother, by 6 minutes, and he never lets Noah forget it.
DJ is very self assured and confident. In high school he was a star athlete in every sport from basketball to soccer to track. DJ recently moved to Reefside with his family to attend Reefside University.
Beth McKnight
Age: 16
Beth is the youngest of Eric and Tally McKnight
children. Like her brother DJ she is naturally popular. Her life revolves around boys and cheerleading most of the time, school isn't even a thought half the time.
When Beth was younger she used to race motocross but stopped that when she turned 13 and discovered boys.
Julia Locke
Age: 20
Julia joined the staff of Starlight Academy when she heard about it's opening. It was her way of giving back since a school similar to Starlight, New Starts, had saved her not long before.
Growing up Julia's parents were highly abusive. One time when her step-father was going after her she decided to fight back...with a baseball bat. After almost killing him she ran away and ended up getting into drugs. She was eventually busted and given a second chance to turn her life around.

Arissa
Age: 27 (mentality and appearance of 18 Earth years)
Arissa maybe 27 but she has the mentality and
physical traits of a 18 year old due to growing up on TK-91. Her mother was Lilianna, Michelle's arch enemy. When Arissa was first born her mother was murdered by Michelle. She went to live with her aunt on TK-91 and went through life plotting revenge on Michelle and her family. She has finally built up an army and is set on creating her own version of justice.
Aria
Age: 61 (Earth age: 30)
Aria is the little sister of Lilianna and raised her
niece Arissa after her sister's death. Aria is set on avenging her sister's death. While not "evil" she is set on stopping anyone who stands in her way. Like Arissa, having lived on TK-91 has altered
Aria's aging process. While actually 61 she has the physical and mental state of a 30 year old.
James Calloway
Age: 47
When Michelle was younger James had a sick
obsession with her that lead him to stalk and eventually rape her. When Aria needs help she helped James get out of prison and gave him a de-aging potion that also gave him certain powers in exchange for his help. James is still after Michelle and as such is out to kill Hunter.
